A Few Events

About a month ago, (I know...I'm behind again) at Spruce Meadows was the Enbridge Cup. Since Jeff works for Enbridge, he got passes to go watch the horse jumping and they had a free BBQ, popcorn, sno cones, and facepainting for Enbridge employees and their families. They also had a few birds from the "Birds of Prey Center" on display. Jaden got to hold this burrowing owl. She thought that was pretty neat.

Here is her beautiful butterfly she got painted on her face. She was so proud of her butterfly and cried when she had to wash it off to go to bed for school the next day.

Mylee wanted to go for a ride on Jeff's bike. She cried when I took her off. (Don't ask why the mirror is broken on his bike).

I know these pictures are old but here is Jaden and her Kindergarten teacher. They had a family picnic one of her last days at school and families were invited to bring a picnic lunch to eat with their child. Since Jaden is done school before lunch time the morning kindergarten class had a family picnic snack. She loved her teacher and is sad that Miss Adams will not be her teacher next year.
Cody was in heaven at the picnic as he was begging me for weeks to go play on the playground at Jaden's school. Finally his dream came true. He didn't know exactly what to do when all the rest of the school came out for recess. All of a sudden he did not have the playground to himself anymore.
